This is a week dedicated to food as it should be - prepared with the best ingredients and cooked with love.  The week is about the Greek / Mediterranean art of enjoying food and adding life and years to your health. Food as well as delighting our senses, is one of the most potent contributors to improving our health. The course is being held in an area that is renowned for its organic olive oil, wild honey, aromatic wild herbs, and fresh local produce. The local cuisine is both delicious and healthy - no surprise that so many people in this part of greece live well into their 80's and 90's  with vitality.
 
 
During the week we will:
  • Learn the secrets of the healthy and life giving Greek diet .
  • Watch making of traditional specialities.
  • Olive oil and honey tasting with local experts.
  • Visiting the farmers market to select the best fresh ingredients.
  • Learn how to cook some authentic Greek Dishes.
  • Relax and enjoy good food and wine at the best local tavernas.
  • You will also be able to join in the yoga classes that run during the week.
