Yoga and walking holidays

In Spring and Autumn we offer walking holidays with a chance to join in some yoga classes. During the week there are guided local walks and yoga classes. Download an example of one of our walks here: Walking in the Mani .

The walking combines local mountain village hikes, coastal walks and amazing gorge walks – in fact some of the most picturesque walks that you will find in Europe.

There is plenty of rich local history and a natural environment full of unique plants and interesting wildlife. There are two half days off allowing the chance to just relax, read, explore or sit in a local cafe and watch the world go by. You can still swim comfortably till the end of November. Our hardier guests swim all year round!

Yoga and walking are a wonderful combination and complement each other perfectly. The yoga is suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginners. You will be guided through the class at the level appropriate to your experience. Don’t forget all the classes are optional so you can choose how mmany walks and yoga classes you take. As with all our holidays there is plenty of time to enjoy the area, swim, join in some of the local activities (horse riding, climbing, kayaking) and eat in the local tavernas.
