The Pilates taught during this week is the traditional mat based Pilates as taught by Joseph Pilates. Pilates are body conditioning exercises that help to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominal, arms and back.

During this week there are 5 yoga classes and five Pilates classes.

Like all Sol holistic holidays there will be plenty of time to rest and explore our beautiful surroundings. 

Katerina is a performer, movement coach and Pilates instructor from Greece and Britain. She holds a degree in Dance - Performing Arts from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts and is certified by Michael King Pilates as a Matwork and Equipment instructor. She has been teaching group classes and private sessions to a variety of people of different ages and abilities, in both Greece and England. "I love connecting with my clients, I am patient and adapt to their needs, whilst creating a friendly enviroment to allow space for understanding and development. I always focus on flow and good technique, in order to fully embody the principles of the Pilates technique whilst making sure everyone still finds the fun in it!” She is currently based in Liverpool teaching Pilates and movement classes whilst also pursuing her acting and dance career. 







Kerry has been been teaching yoga since 2004 and is an empathic and attentive teacher, making sure that each student progresses according to their physical abilities. Iyengar trained, his teaching gives a strong framework in alignment and includes self-exploration, awareness, breath and 'meditation in movement'.
