This week is suitable for the beginner as well as more experienced Yoga practitioners. The week will have an emphasis on correct and safe alignment, giving you a solid foundation for future yoga practice. An important aspect of the week will be learning to practice safely through 'body listening'  -  working with your body and not against it.

There will be dynamic classes to build strength and stamina and recuperative classes to allow the body to consolidate and absorb what it has learnt. There will also be an emphasis on breath awareness and working with the breath.

As a complement to the yoga practice, Qi Gong will also be included during the week. Often referred to as Chinese Yoga, Qi Gong incorporates gentle movement and release of tension from joints and muscles.
