Hana Saotome

Hana is an experienced and passionate teacher and co-founder of Mindful Movements Yoga. She has 10 years experience of teaching Yoga and Dance to people of all walks of life.

This Yoga retreat will be a combination of morning Vinyasa Flow (a dynamic, physical and energetic practice) and evening restorative and calming classes with Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep/deep relaxation) and Pranayama (breath work). There will be optional additional themed workshops, which we will choose together during the week (past themes have been partner Yoga, Chakras, backbends, balances and Yoga philosophy)
